Each individual may hold only one account on Oklav. Creating multiple accounts under the same name, on the same device, or using the same payment method is strictly prohibited. Violations of this rule will result in all accounts being closed and all bonuses being forfeited.
All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. If an account is created using false information, Oklav reserves the right to close that account and forfeit the balance at any time.
Members are solely responsible for the security of their own accounts. Oklav will not be held liable for any unauthorized use of your account by a third party.
The minimum deposit at Oklav is ৳200, with a daily maximum of ৳10,00,000. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

To withdraw from Oklav, your account must be fully verified (KYC). Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for your first deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
All Oklav bonus offers are subject to specific terms and conditions. Reading the terms on the relevant offer page before claiming any bonus is mandatory.
Each bonus comes with specific wagering requirements. For example, a 10x wagering requirement means you must bet 10 times the bonus amount before making a withdrawal.
Caution: While a bonus is active, a maximum of 10% of the bonus balance may be used on a single bet. Exceeding this limit may result in the bonus being voided.
Oklav takes a strict stance against bonus abuse. If the same individual or household attempts to claim bonuses using multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be closed.
If a Sports Betting match is cancelled or does not complete within the designated time, bets will be settled according to Oklav's established rules. Odds in Live Betting may change due to technical delays.
If a disconnection occurs during a live dealer game, the outcome will be settled based on the final result of that game. Oklav is not responsible for connectivity issues.

Any member may request to close their account at any time. Contact support and the process will be completed within 24 hours. Your real-money balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed.
